By using Heirloom, you agree to these Terms. If you use Heirloom on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Service Overview
Heirloom provides tools to ingest, index, and retrieve organizational knowledge from connected systems such as Notion. Features may change as the service evolves.
3. Account and Integration Use
You are responsible for account credentials, configuration choices, and connected content. You must have the right to authorize access to any external workspace or data source.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempts to:
- Access data without authorization.
- Interfere with availability or security.
- Use the service for unlawful activity.
5. Data and Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your content. You grant Heirloom a limited license to process connected data solely for providing and supporting the service.
6. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Heirloom disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for policy violations or security risks. You may stop using the service at any time.
